Recent Developments in Inverse Problems

September 17 – 18, 2015

Scope of the Workshop

Our workshop will bring together experts from the German and international 'Inverse Problems Community' and young scientists. The focus will be on ill-posedness phenomena, regularization theory, practice, and on the analytical, numerical and stochastic treatment of applied inverse problems from natural sciences, engineering and finance. This is the continuation of the 'Chemnitz Symposium on Inverse Problems' in 2015 (Chemnitz Symposium on Tour). The previous three symposia were held in Chemnitz (2014), Shanghai (2013) and Canberra (2012).
