Overview
The research of this group is concerned with nonlinear spatio-temporal processes in optoelectronic devices. This includes the modeling and simulation of such devices as well as the development of suitable numerical software tools. Moreover, analytical investigations for a theoretical understanding of the nonlinear effects are performed. Further research concerns the mathematical theory and methods in the field of Nonlinear Dynamical Systems.The research group takes part in the following main application area:
