The Chancery Pavilion is the venue for the Meeting of the General Assembly.  Most delegates are expected  to stay at the Pavilion or at the Chancery  Hotel.   A location map is provided here.

The rates for the rooms have been finalized as follows (all the figures in the table below are in Indian Rupees; view exchange rates here).

The rates given above include complimentary buffet breakfast and bank charges, but do not include taxes.


Service Tax , currently @ 1.03% will be charged at the time of booking your Hotel room.

Other Taxes, as applicable, will have to be paid at the time of checking out of the Hotel. The applicable taxes at this time are given below.

  1. Luxury Tax @ 10% of room rate
  2. Hotel Service charge @ 2.5% of room rate

These rates are available only for delegates to the General Assembly.
