As the last two years, we organize an Leibniz MMS Science Slam. Science slams are fun competitions in which the participants present their research in a casual, entertaining way. The topics should be MMS related, the talks at most ten minutes long. Contributions can contain poetry, dance, rap, live experiments, etc. - everything to the extent permitted by law. As a matter of course there will be a phenomenal prize to win again

Again, recordings will be made available to the presenters and their institutes for publication. This is intended to increase the visibility of MMS research in general and MMS topics at the respective institutions in particular.

The MMS Science Slam takes place on March 3, 2026 from 16:45 to 19:15 in the Room D1 at IOW. We are thrilled that six contributions have been submitted for the competition, the titles of which we will publish here shortly.
