Accommodation details
During the term of PDE 2019 costs for accommodation in Berlin are high, in particular until 11 September. Hence, we have pre-booked accommodation for the workshop participants with reduced prices. Please consider arrival on Monday, since registration starts Monday, 9 September 2019 at 3 PM and the workshop opening is scheduled for 4 PM.
Invited speakers
Invited speakers will be lodged in hotels close to the Weierstrass Institute, and we are going to foot the bill directly. Please communicate your definite arrival and departure dates by 15 August 2019.
Regular participants
For regular participants we hold 10 rooms in Motel One Mitte at U Moritzplatz, and 21 more economical rooms in the Guest House of Humboldt Universität zu Berlin near S+U Friedrichstraße. If you are interested in one of these options, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions listed with the harbourage below.
Motel One Mitte at U Moritzplatz
For a reservation at Motel One Mitte please get in touch with pde2019@wias-berlin.de as soon as possible. After 15 August 2019 you cannot change or cancel your reservation anymore.

Guest House of Humboldt Universität zu Berlin near S+U Friedrichstraße
We would kindly ask you to get in touch with the Guest House directly and to take over a reservation from the WIAS pool. Thus, you take on full responsibility for the reservation, and you pay the room upon arrival. After 15 August 2019 you cannot change or cancel your reservation anymore.

Price per night for a single room without breakfast: EUR 47,-
Please note that the guest house does not provide breakfast and that construction work is underway such that it may be difficult to open the windows. Moreover, ever two rooms share a bath.
