Optical wave turbulence

We will review different fundamental formalisms describing the dynamics of random optical waves: The wave turbulence kinetic equation describing e.g., thermalization and wave condensation; the Vlasov formalism describing large scale collective incoherent structures in analogy with long-range gravitational effects; and the weak Langmuir turbulence formalism describing, e.g., spectral incoherent solitons and shock singularities.
