Multiharmonic finite element analysis of time-periodic eddy current optimal control problems

This talk is devoted to the robust and efficient solution of various optimal control problems for time-periodic eddy current problems in Electromagnetics. We show that block-diagonal preconditioners can lead to parameter-robust and efficient MinRes solution strategies for these kind of problems. Various numerical experiments confirm our theoretical results. This is a joint work with Michael Kolmbauer.
