In case you want to take part in the conference on-site, due to the current COVID-19 regulations we need the following additional information from you:
This data will be stored for four weeks (for disclosure to the local health authority on request in accordance with the Containment Measures Ordinance) and subsequently deleted.
All data in this form will be used in internal lists necessary for the organization of the workshop. Information concerning talks and posters together with name/institution of the authors, with the title, and, where applicable, with the abstract, will be published in the book of abstracts and on the webpage of the workshop. Moreover, the contact details of all participants, including email addresses, will be made available in the printed version of the book of abstracts. All other personal data necessary for the organization of the workshop (i.e. arrival date, dinner and so on) will only be used in internal lists and will be deleted shortly after the workshop. We would like to put the names and affiliations of all participants on the workshop homepage.
We would like to take pictures of the participants during the workshop.
