Modeling of Damage Processes”

(Head: Dr. C. Kraus) starting at 01.06.2014 within in the framework of the project “Mathematical modeling, analysis and novel numerical concepts for anisotropic nanostructured materials“ of the Einsteinzentrums ECMath.

Applicants are expected to hold a university master or PhD degree in mathematics or a related field. The successful candidate should have profound knowledge on analysis of nonlinear partial differential equations, phase field modeling, and elasticity theory.

The salary is according to the German federal public service tariff. The appointment is limited until May 31, 2017.
